The name says it all. This cycling tour leads right across Switzerland and offers one amazing view after another of the most beautiful Swiss panoramas and lakes. The Panorama Bike Route between Lake Constance and Lake Geneva covers the best-known pre-Alpine landscapes in Switzerland. This moderately difficult technical route provides a multitude of fascinating views. The beginning section in eastern Switzerland is the easiest, so you can marvel at the lovely Lake Constance and Appenzeller regions while storing up energy for the later sections. The route begins to steepen at the foot of Mount Säntis along the alpine and gravel roads up the Schwägalp and over the Risi Pass. Overall, the route only has a few climbs of over 1,000 meters and only a few sections are higher than 1,600 metres above sea level.Route markings: Follow the illustrated logo (see image no. 2 below)
