National “Skating in Switzerland” Route No. 1

The Rhine Skate between Landquart and Kreuzlingen is the most-used skating route in Switzerland. The route consists of four sections, which are excellently suited for a family skating outing.

The Rhine Skate between Landquart and Kreuzlingen is extremely family-friendly due to its simple topography. Around 90% of the route is on traffic-free paved roads. The section from Arbon to Kreuzlingen is particularly suitable for beginners. Whoever becomes tired can easily board a train or boat. Thanks to the numerous Thurbo regional railway stops right next to the skating route and regular connections, you can shorten any part of the tour you like without any trouble at all.

Marktplatz am Werdenberger See. Bei Busstation Werdenberg, ca. 1.3 km vom Bahnhof entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze.
